We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery for eligible items. Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

Unopened and unused
In original packaging
Delivered in damaged condition or incorrect item received We do not accept returns for items that have been consumed, tampered with, or stored improperly.

Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Product was damaged during transit
Wrong item was delivered
Product is expired or spoiled upon arrival
Packaging is leaking or compromised

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Our team will review the request and respond within 3 working days

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item back to our warehouse.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, wallet)
In case of prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (details to be provided by the customer)

Exceptions:

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
Items returned without prior approval
